Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section identifying various sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
